I kind of understood why your thinking is different from mine. Like miles and miles far away.
It’s a bit tough to understand someone who doesn’t know how to fold a paper aeroplane at this age.

I don’t know if parents are reallyyyyy going to buy that book. But honestly ten years down the road nobody will be bothered about their PSLE results.
PSLE result secures your kid into a better secondary school of your choice but it doesn’t help if your child is not a hardworking person. Afterall, all these years of studying in Singapore had taught me that if you don’t have the MONEY and/or the MOTIVATION to really study, you won’t get to anywhere in the end. So you should either have money or motivation. Simply because, if you are hardworking, you would be able to make it into local universities under government subsidies, but if you aren’t hardworking enough (or born smart enough), you need a pocket full of money to make it into overseas universities.
Sigh, life!
Spring cleaning usually takes up approximately a day of my time because I have too many things (FACT: I HAVE TONS OF THINGS & I DON’T USUALLY PACK THEM BWAHAHAHAHA!) and I would look through my stuff before deciding to discard or keep them. I remembered the good old times when we spent lots of time and of course, money, at a neoprint (I nearly couldn’t recall the name of this thing) shop. These are the ones we took over the years and I would say that I’m pretty glad that the colour hasn’t fade! They have now been transferred from an uncool mooncake tin to another uncool zipper bag for better storage. Hopefully they don’t end up sticking to each other and grow mould on them in the zipper bag! Hahahahaha!
My brother’s Digimon device popped on my table. If not for the round patch on the screen I was wondering if the Mint Museum of Toys would accept it! I might just earn a small angpao from selling it.
That’s my Primary One photo. I don’t think I change much over the years… INCLUDING MY HAIR. Hahahahahahahaha!
So let’s move on to Secondary School times. The little voodoo doll brings back plenty of wonderful memories in drama class! (That’s probably the main reason why I’m so drama-mama over these years! WAHAHAHAHA!)
子曰:“不患人之不己知,患不知人也。” Meaning, 孔子说:“不忧虑别人不了解自己,只忧虑自己不了解别人。” which means one do not have to be concerned whether others understand you, but only be concerned whether you understand others.
My Fahrenheit concert ticket. HEEHEEHEE. And after that concert I finally realised how tough it is to be an artiste.
*Drums roll* The Legendary 盆菜:
My dad bought this from The Oasis Restaurant for reunion dinner at grandma’s house. I guess it’s a bit too salty for my liking though. I wonder if it’s supposed to taste like that? Or other 盆菜 tastes different?
Anyway here’s two more photos of The Legendary 盆菜. (It’s the same app but different settings. MUAHAHAHA! Sorry about it, but I like trying out the different settings for the same picture!)
I guess that kind of sums up my Chinese New Year. It’s getting a bit draggy if I go into details. So YEAHHHHHHH.
It’s pretty cool knowing how much I resemble someone famous. People who walked pass will look at me as though they knew me from somewhere, and some would say, “I think I saw you somewhere before!” but honestly I don’t even know who she is. Hahahaha!
I look like Tin Pei Ling?
Probably someday I should take a photo with Kate Spade bag. So I’m going to start saving up and earning money now! HAHAHAHAHA!
*Flips palm* I’m just kidding!
I don’t know if you could see through the fake smile I was trying so hard to put on my face. Similar to you and your antics, my smile is just as fake as those of yours.
How am I supposed to give a real smile or laugh?
Is it that tough not to think about anything at all?
